The client is a mid-sized technology firm that has implemented Salesforce to enhance their sales and customer relationship management processes. Despite significant investment in Salesforce licenses, customization, and training, the client struggled with low user adoption, which hindered their ability to maximize the return on their Salesforce investment. The project aimed to address the client’s challenges with Salesforce user adoption. Our team was engaged to develop a comprehensive user adoption dashboard. This dashboard was designed to provide real-time insights into key adoption metrics, helping stakeholders visualize user engagement and identify areas for improvement.
